What we collect when you send an RFQ, a project brief or a consultation request, why, where it is kept and for how long.
Who is responsible
Reliance Building Solutions FZE, Hamriyah Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, runs igninoxgroup.com. Enquiries for projects in Ethiopia are handled by Techtra Engineering PLC, Addis Ababa, our representative in Ethiopia. Each company uses your enquiry to answer it and to supply what you ask for, and the details of how you found us (below) only to learn which of our channels bring enquiries.
What we collect
- What you send: your name, company, role, email, phone, country, project details, your RFQ lines or brief answers, and the files you attach.
- To stop abuse: a check by Cloudflare Turnstile that you are not a bot, and a one-way hash of your IP address used for rate limits. We do not keep your IP address itself, and the hash is erased 30 days after you send, or 30 days after an unsent form expires.
- How you found us: your answer to "How did you hear about us?" if you give one and, from the first page you opened on this visit, the campaign tags in our link (source, medium and campaign name), that page's address (without anything after "?") and the name of the site that linked to it. Your browser keeps this for the visit only and sends it with your form. We use it only to learn which of our channels bring enquiries.
- Delivery records of the emails we send you (sent, delivered, bounced).
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share your details for marketing.
Where it is kept
Your enquiry and files are stored with Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany. The site runs on Vercel, in the same region. Emails are sent through Resend. Files are private: only our staff can open them, through links that expire after five minutes.
How long
- Enquiries and their files: five years after the last activity on them, the usual period for commercial records.
- Files you started to upload but never sent: deleted 26 hours after the upload began.
- Your RFQ list, its project defaults and brief drafts: kept only in your own browser, cleared after 30 days.
- Your contact details, only if you tick "Remember my details on this device": kept only in your own browser until you choose "Forget".
- Server logs: 30 days. Database backups: 7 days.
- Files are also copied each night to a backup store; a deleted file stays there for 30 more days, then it is gone.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it for an open order or by law. Write to rfq@igninoxgroup.com and give your RFQ or brief reference if you have one.
